Missions Conferences
Praise God for all the opportunities this past couple of months! I was invited along with one of our church planters to preach a conference in Morelia, Mexico. Praise God! The church took him on for support. My wife and I also went to a missions conference in Southern California (pictured above). Then we had our missions conference here in Colombia. God moved in all three. Pray for more laborers. The need is greater now than when Jesus requested prayer for it!
I Have Decided
It is such a blessing to see converts follow the Lord in believer’s baptism. Cristian and Juan Manuel were saved during a visit we made back in February and have since finished their discipleships and decided to get baptized. Adriana was saved more recently. After years in a contemporary Christian church, she never new she needed to be saved! My wife finished discipling her and she also decided to get baptized. Others also decided to be baptized in our other church plants.
Whom Shall I Send
We hosted a missions team from El Salvador with missionary Adam Fridenstine. 13 of them came and we kept them busy. We visited some beautiful Colombian countryside, presented the Gospel to about 300 students in a public school, put them to work on the demolition crew, and had an evangelistic Sunday service. It was a successful trip. Who will God send next to see the need in Colombia?
Demolition Complete
We started our building project the first week of October. The contractor brought in his team. They demolished a three story concrete structure and loaded multiple dump trucks all by hand. Due to the project’s size, and location that’s how it had to be done. Now, we start the footings and foundations. Please pray about giving towards the project so we can continue to completion without stopping!
